Government puts mayors' positions on hold in the north, experts see it as inability to organise elections

The Ministry of Management of Local Power has not stated about this issue. For connoisseurs, this situation testifies that the Government is currently unable to organise early elections in the northern part and that otherwise it would be forced to compromise with the Serbian List.
