More recently, bad weather episodes and climate changes are playing a role both in intensity and in increased bad weather. The bad weather involved many parts of the world during the following year.
After Christmas there was snowstorms in central states of the United States, causing road closures to fall by 20 inches [30 cm] of snow in some countries.
