(7 years ago)The protest balance in Venezuela against the president, Nicolas Maduro, ended with at least 35 people dead and 850 arrested in just one week, several NGOs reported today. “
“We have the verified number with the name, name, location and alleged responsibilities of 35 people killed in the ranks of manifesters”, Rafael Uzcategui, director of the NGO “Provea”, said at a press conference in Caracas.
Uzcategui also denounced eight “illegal management” after demonstrations, during police operations in several slums.
He accused FAES agents (special police forces) of being responsible for these disasters.
