Actually for two defendants, beat one person in order to drown him

The Constitutional Prosecution in Prizren has filed charges against defendants M.L., and R.O., due to criminal acts “heavy bodily access”.

According to the indictment, accused M.L., the other person is subjected to serious bodily injury at the risk of his life.

The prosecution announced the details of the incident:

Thus, on the 1109,2018 about 21:20 minutes, near the Catholic Church “Ministerial Zone” in Prizren, after parking the vehicle, prevents the K.K. from being damaged, and with a sharp tool (thick) threatens it for a more permanent dispute. The injured man flees to the home of a citizen in which other strangers were hiding, who attacked the injured by strong means. Meanwhile, the accused M.L. once stabbed the K.K., in the right chest region behind his back, causing the air and blood to be collected into the lungs and kidneys.

Meanwhile, the other R.O. indictee, at the same time and place, takes part in the beating, which has resulted in the other person's severe bodily injury, in the manner that after his injury to the K.K., he tries to flee from the attack of the first indictee M.L., comes forward, which he sometimes hits in the face and body, along with two other unknown persons.
