Despite all other difficulties, the climate of doing business has already been damaged in terms of security. This, according to economic connoisseurs, is also damaging the image for foreign investors to come to Kosovo to invest.
Professor Muhamet Mustafa says all these cases of robbery are drastic and the state must act quickly, as if this becomes a phenomenon, Kosovo will enter a very difficult phase of its work. While economics connoisseur Muhamet Sadij says doing business in Kosovo has been very difficult, and separately, as he says, in recent cases where businesses are becoming the target of robbery.
For all these cases, he called for a clearer response to Kosovo institutions. The implications of the latter, according to him, would be presented as a bad message to all foreign investors. Meanwhile, Kosovo security issue connoisseur Avni Islami has expressed concern with the security situation in the country. He points out that he has already changed, and the way the robbery is being made with long weapons, causing general danger.
Islam has a request for all relevant security institutions to build several mechanisms, where all these plunderings would be prevented. Kosovo police, on the other hand, through a written answer, say that the most impressive targets approached by robbers have been businesses and different banks in the capital.
The police also announced that with the aim of preventing these have undertaken several operational plans, where several suspected persons have been arrested. It is also known that 263 cases of armed robbery have occurred since January-November last year, and the region most involved is the 77-case capital city.
