Although without his will he has been appointed commander of the 124th Brigade of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Ismet Tara says he has fought hard to free Kosovo.
Known as “Commander Hoxha”, Tara has served for several months as commander in the Rahoveci Zone.
And for his war activity, he has to face the Special Court in The Hague on February 17th of this year, KTV reports.
He has said he does not regret any enemy who killed him on the battlefield, and the Special Act charges call them baseless and prepared by Belgrade.
Willing to face any indictment, Tara says she believes in the purity of the KLA war.
The belief in the war he has developed is proud that he will not hire a lawyer for his defense.
Although it says that each KLA member's responsibility is individual, Tara says it will be everyone's voice in The Hague.
He says he will triumph before this unjust court, as he has called it, even says that anyone who has evidence against him welcomes them.
Any trial to be made at The Hague, Tara says it will be cleansing for the KLA war, but this racist court, according to him, cannot impose justice.
And his conviction that he feels innocent links him with NATO's interventions in March 99.
Tara says she will not accept assistance for protection either from Kosovo's budget, and for what she has demanded that travel expenses be carried out by the Special Court in The Hague.
Commander Hodza was the fourth guest from this court, after Sami Lushtak and Musafa, and the second from the municipality of Rahovec, after Sebahud Cenna. /Time.net
