The body of a 66-year-old woman was found in a car that was found upside down near a river in Ceratea, a region 45km southeast of Athens. Two men who had been in the car with 66 years old have not yet been found, writes Tch.
Her “and another man, who were in the same car, have been reported missing since Thursday, when poor weather conditions prevailed in the area”, a police official said in condition of anonymity.
The Greek Civil Protection Service has called on municipal authorities to be on alert before a further deterioration of the cold weather, expected to hit Greece on Monday.
