According to police sources, the two fugitives were hiding in the suburbs of the Hellenic capital, right next to the Matti area, the village that was almost completely burned by fires in July 2018.
Police said they had information on the fugitive's whereabouts, so for their capture, its special forces were mobilised.
The two Pepa brothers did not put up a resistance at the time of their arrest, even though a gun was found in their hiding place.
They were arrested at the residence of several of their relatives on Thetodhos Street in the area of Matti.
