The country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, will pay his respects at the tomb in Velan.
While the LDK leadership along with the Branch leaders will pay their respects to his tomb at 11:00 and then immediately continue to visit the Rugova family.
At 12:00, however, the Democratic League of Kosovo hosts the Memorial Academy. The Academy is held at Golden Imperial (the neighbourhood in Veternik).
Ibrahim Rugova died on January 21, 2006 of a serious illness.
