Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has spoken to German media about dialogue with Serbia and his stance on the possible final solution.
Wessel for German state radio Deutttlandfunk has said there will be no division and exchange of territories and in no way the association of Serbian municipalities with executive competencies.
Wessel declares that Kosovo's request for the Presevo Valley relates to respecting their rights, as the Serbs have rights in Kosovo. There will be no division, and there will be no association of executive power”, Vessel declared. Serbia as an independent state should make more efforts to respect the Albanian community there”, he adds.
He has said Kosovo is working and will work to integrate as much as all communities in Kosovo. Rather, we will work harder to integrate our communities, Serbs and other communities.
Division is not an option for Kosovo”, he has said. According to this radio, Wessel's position is in line with German Chancellor Angela Merkel's stance, which has spoken quickly and clearly against the partition plans.
“We want to integrate into the European community and NATO, and in that sense the German role is very important for us like Kosovo”, Wessel has added further.
