The decision comes after the survey results, with of 4.6 million union citizens, 3 million opposed the change of the clock.
It seems that Albanians share the same stance. This is shown by the survey that Top Channel has opened on its official page, where 76% of voters are pro-EU decision.
The change of the clock came during World War I and was aimed at saving energy. In the meantime, citizens say that the change of the clock causes disorder to their everydayity.
The 28 EU members, as well as other European countries, change the clock twice a year, and it seems that this will not happen again.
