Why did Thaci not meet with Macedonia's president, Ivanov?

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, during the media conference with Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, has been asked by reporters why he has not met with George Ivanov as president, but with Macedonia's prime minister.
