The story that shocked Tirana- My father sexually abuses his daughter for 16 years, gets pregnant

A 61-year-old has been arrested by Tirana Police, as he has been sexually abusing his daughter for 16 years. Denoncination was performed by girls, today 25 years old, and at the moment of first abuse, only 9. The girl confessed everything to nuns, and at the age of 19, she got pregnant with her father and had an abortion.

It was 2002 that in an Albanian family in Tirana, a divorce drama turned tragedy for the couple's 9-year-old daughter. Three couple's children, two girls and a boy, the eldest nine, stayed with their 45-year-old father with the C.N. initials. Their mother left home after the divorce, leaving her children in the hands of her father. A modest room in Tirana, in which 4 people, children with father, were surrounded by poverty.

Instead of caring for children, the father abused the older girl, then 9 years old, today 25 and he himself today 61-year-old. Q.N. is in the police cuffs following a scuff of his daughter's making a monstrous story. For 16 years, the girl has been raped by her father. Scenes of violent sexual intercourse have occurred within the room they called home when the other two children were not in the apartment. The terrible story, according to the girl's story, begins one day when her drunken father engaged in sexual violence at the time of only nine years of age. That day she stopped abusing him.

But how was this shocking story revealed?

In recent years the girl engaged in the nuns ' community, and in one of their conversations, the girl has found the courage to show the horror that had ruined her life. A closed girl who rarely talked to people. But that the warmth found near the nuns made her confess the tragedy of her life. After shocking history the nuns, with the girl's consent, have announced the police, where police effectives in Tirana made it possible to arrest the rape father.

The 61-year-old showed almost everything by blue uniforms, with a scary cool. In his testimony he does not leave his daughter without charge, taking away his responsibility from him. Tirana police have handed the procedure materials to the Prosecutor. Three criminal acts envisioned by articles 106, 100 and 130/A of Penal Code have been established to 61-year-olds. They are, in effect, sexual or homosexual relationships with persons in sex or under custody, sex with minors, and domestic violence. Criminal acts for which if the maximum sentence is taken risk up to 37 years in prison. If he is to be sentenced to maximum decision, this for 61-year-old means spending the rest of his life in prison.
