To avoid delay during payment, or line of vehicles, at the disposal of their directors will be 10 sports, while the residents of the Kukes County will cross lane 1 and 10, with the first lane in the Kukes-Tirana sense and the other in return.

The registration of the plate will be made in the sports, and local residents will benefit the reduced fee of only $100 on VAT. Any means corresponding to the Kukes County, whose license plates have been introduced into the system, and each resident will be verified before paying the reduced fee.
