The former head of Kline municipality, Sokol Basota, will stand trial today in Pec in the process in which he is accused of misusing official office.
In this indictment, Enver Berisha, Fadil Gashi and Esat Raci are with Bashata.
They are charged that in co-ordination, they have misused official position and authority because in co-ordination, after agreeing that at least 6 out of 10 residences owned by the Cline municipality set a price for rent for themselves and for their political parties' exhibitors.
According to the indictment, it was done without meeting the objective criteria and bypassing applicants whose economic situation was bad.
Over the former head of Kline municipality, Sokol Basota, also burdens four criminal acts for non-reporting or false reporting of wealth, income, gifts or other material benefits or financial obligations.
