Skenderbeu vs. Car Lazarus The Hero is set by September in view of the North

The Albanian hero's 2m-high bust has been set only a mile of airline from the official border of Northern Mitrovica, writes the newspapermetatro.net.

Sculptor Tali Istrefi has thought of this work that way, so that the bust can look from the northern part of Mitrovica and other municipalities.
