Shala: Kosovo issues cannot be negotiated without agreement

LDK MP Kujtim Shala said the institutions' leaders and the Speaker of the Parliament are blocking the work of this institution.

Shala after failing to hold the opposition's invited session said Kosovo issues in Brussels cannot be negotiated without agreement in the Assembly.

“Most will come and approve Resolution”, Shala said.

Asked whether they have communicated with MEPs Teuta Rugova, Shala said there is no communication with him so far.

Rugova has not attended the opposition invited session, while attending the session invited by Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to vote on the names of the negotiating team.
