Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Fatmir Matosi said that following giving the order to evacuate facilities without permission near Batislava Lake has started this action two days in order to preserve the quality of the more local water resources.
Matoshi added that they will not launch and all objects will be destroyed because they are without construction permits.
“We are in action to implement the decision of the Environment Ministry, of the Inspectorate to maintain our water quality here at Batala Lake. There will be an operation during the day that starts today and I will continue tomorrow... There will be no single commitment for any person whatsoever he is, out of 48 identified objects already have a decision to remove their facilities from the vicinity of the lake, this is a protected area these objects that are located here most of them are in occupied places are all without construction permission”, he said, broadcast the csp.
Matosh expressed confidence that he will have understanding from the owners of the facility.
The event is conducted under the presence of Kosovo Police Special Unit. Regarding the decision of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning some of the owners of the facilities disagreed.
Hajrullah Hasani, owner of a now-destroyed facility, said he agrees with the government's decision, but is becoming unfair because the land where he had the villa placed was his.
In the '60s it's been taken at Rankovic's time and all these villagers are damaged at the most possible point... Now under the way, the only one of me has 28 gold from the District Court confirmed and the subject in court that never paid me, and I thought I was more right than anyone, but the state has made a decision I agree with that”, this owner said.
Some other owners took time for several days to complain that they had no opportunity to complain.
And the chief inspector of the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning, Bedri Halimi, was given three days to remove the most valuable items until he stressed that they would do the same for everyone.
Whatever happens to 47 more will be done with you 48... Do you just look at the documents? We have seen the signs; and We have given them their answer. Neither have we received complaints nor any answers you gave... complaints you didn't make at the ministry we continue the action according to our” plan, he said.
Halimi has invited other responsible institutions to be part of this action.
Besides the police in the demolition action, the KEK fire department has also participated. We remember that a month ago the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has issued a decision to evacuate villas and terraces without permission.
