Vladimir, or Quarcola, is a tiny village with only 700 and few inhabitants in southern Montenegro. According to statistics from the neighbouring state, 99.6 percent of the population has been declared ethnically Albanian, and they consider Albanian as maternal. 99.5 percent of the remaining people in Vladimir belong to Islam.
