A third prosecutor is expected to take over the course of false veterans

The most controversial subject in the country, in the last two months, will be passed into the hands of a third prosecutor.

The act against Agim Ceku, Rrustem Berisha of the 10 top KLA superiors, will not be represented by the prosecutor who conducted investigations to Elez Blakaj, nor by prosecutor Africa Shefkiu, who handed this subject over to the court the previous day.

The most commented subject is expected to be represented by a new prosecutor.

Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha, by phone, has confirmed that this subject is expected to be separated from one of the new prosecutors, which this prosecutor has recently hired.

He has said that from Monday, four new prosecutors will start working in the Special Prosecution and in the order, one of these prosecutors is expected to be separated, without offering further details.

And though Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had sometimes been careful to call it “the chicken and lynch” to the prosecutor, who compiled the indictment against veterans, the following day this indictment was handed over to the court, Haradinaj has decided to remain silent.

And not even the people involved have spoken of this accusation.

KTV has attempted to establish contact with most of the 12 former members who had been part of the government Commission for verifying the veteran's status, but none of them have opened the phone.

According to this indictment, it has been proven that illegal fees for KLA war veterans have damaged Kosovo's budget in the amount of around 68m euros.
