In just 20 percent of cases, the prosecution is behind the basis for raising charges. Even in this percentage, there are many chances that some of the people will be acquitted, but this statistical return from the Court does not yet have the State Prosecutor.
These figures are included in the Monitoring Commission's Report on the Implementation of the Strategic Plan and Action Plan for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime, which the paper holds.
The cases of 170 persons involved in allegations of corruption criminal acts have been prosecuted in data for the January-June 2018 period in Pristina's Constitutional Pristina.
We find that the highest number of cases prosecuted per person constitutes the firing of investigations by 76 cases per person or 44.71 percent of the total that cases prosecuted for persons involved in criminal cases of corruption”, the report says.
