He's ironic with the logic of institutional leaders who referred to Adam Demach and Behgjet Pacolli with a kind of authority.
Krasniqi has proposed, of course, with cynicism, that public universities and private colleges study what he considers to be a good science for political and economic visions.

All these public universities and private colleges, and there's no way to study balloonology. The best science for political and economic visions as well as for foreign affairs and international relations does not. So much more when it's a local product and when we have the political bacino that finds the husband in this world. /Periscopi
