After meeting at a news conference, Arifi, along with colleagues and Thaci, unveiled the idea of a resolution for those three Albanian majority municipalities that are in Serbia.
But Arifi has not liked the journalist's question when he asked whether this idea of uniting the Valley with Kosovo is theirs or the president of Kosovo.
He has initially questioned the journalist for his age, but also by trying to give lessons about how he should have the level to understand someone else's intelligence.
How old are you? I'm going to have to have a level of understanding someone's intelligence or something, or he didn't do it himself, please, if he wanted to offer us intelligence through that someone had prepared this for us and we signed it and then I didn't know where we are”, was Arifi's answer.
