The investigation has been under way in full co-ordination with the competent Basic Prosecutor's Prosecutor in Pristina.
“As a result of investigative actions yesterday (17.09.2018) IPK investigators with authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina have arrested this police official on suspicion that he committed the criminal work Misuse of official office and authority (fronted with Article 422 of the Kosovo Criminal Code). The same has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours by competent prosecutor”, the announcement said.
To the same IPK, it has recommended to the Kosovo Police the measure of suspension, which is being implemented by the police.
