Some analysts have speculated that the Pence may be “the top administration official” who wrote the opinion part, since the language used in it corresponds to what he is known to use, as the unusual “lodestar”.
Pence has said that its compound staff with dozens of senior administration officials have denied having been involved in this column called “soft resistance within the Trump” administration.
“Allow me to clarify. I'm 100% sure none of the vice presidential staff are involved in the anonymous editorial. I know my employees”, Pence said.
They wake up every day and are devoted, just as I am, to counsel about the president's agenda and to give support... President Trump is working for the people of his country”
Pence said he doesn't even have to ask his employees if they wrote the column, re-exerting and quite well.
