According to Kosovo Police, the victim has complained that unknown persons have mounted an explosive-grained hand tool on the steps of his house.
At the scene, relevant police units have emerged, with residents evacuated.
While the de-mining unit has withdrawn the suspected vehicle without any incident caused.
Police have yet to give any details about the identification of suspected persons.
