The annulment of participation in this meeting, Pacolli has done so because of threats by Republika SRPSKA President Milorad Dodik.
Pacolli's full delivery:
I have just cancelled my participation in the meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers of member states of the Co-operation Process in Southeast Europe due to threats by the president of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirolad Dodik, who today in an interview for a media person has declared that I and my delegation are not welcome in Banja Luka. With politicians like Dodik the region cannot move forward. Dodik's threatening language reminds us of a recent past of radical politicians, such as this one and the consequences of these threats. The Republic of Kosovo remains committed to regional co-operation, while inviting EU officials, especially those in the European Commission, not to keep silent about these phenomena.
