MP PSDA, Dardan Moliqaj, has said there is only one way his party would support the proposed negotiating team for talks with Serbia. He says the Assembly should take ownership of dialogue, adding that this does not mean that the Parliament will run it, but that it will be host to this process, writes Periscope.
