Lushtaku seeks clarification of involvement in the indictment for fraudulent veterans

Lushtaku, whose name figures among the 12 accused in this case, has said that in 29 meetings as a whole as the Government Commission had held, he participated only in a meeting explaining that no decision has been made at that meeting, even though the legalisation issue of the so-called Brigada Haasan Prithinão broadcasts Indexline was discussed.

Lushtaku has said that he is completely innocent and that everything will be testified to in the court but that, according to him, he is subject to personal and family harm and that the indictment has been raised without facts and evil intentions.

Can you give me a public explanation of why I'm in the indictment, because I've only attended a meeting of the Government Commission for Veterans Verification, from twenty-nine to nine, the total meeting, which was the No.26 meeting, which we didn't approve of. While at issue at that meeting was the so-called Brigade “Hasan Pristina” for which I have declared that there was no such thing during the war and I did not accept that it would be approved, for which evidence of my statement exists (which I co-ordinated this reaction).

So I've only attended a meeting of twenty-nine (29) how many were held, in which I replaced Sami Lushtaku, former Commander of the Drenica ZO,

According to the findings taken from the prosecution's paperwork at all meetings of the Government Commission for Veterans Verification is this:

   2. Azem Syla ( SHP UÇK) has participated in 2 meetings
   3. Agim Ceku (SH.P.UÇK) has participated in 24 meetings
   4. Sami Lushtaku ( ZO Drenica has participated in 11 meetings
   5. Sadik Halitijaha (ZOP) has participated in 28 meetings
   6. Demaliyay (ZOD) - He was in 25 meetings.
   7. Gashi (ZOLL) cell has participated in 27 meetings
   8. Rhetman Rama (ZOSH) has participated in 17 meetings
   9. Shukri Bouja (ZON) has participated in 13 meetings
   10. Ahmet Daku (ZOK) has participated in 22 meetings
   11. Avdi Raci (SH.P.TMK) has participated in 18 meetings

Then I ask publicly: where is justice here, where is equality before the law?

What legal offense have you brought me into this process? If it's about participating in the Government Commission like the prosecution's claims, I've had at least one meeting attendance, so only once. Logically and legally I have had the least responsibility or said better, I have had no responsibility in the Government Commission.

I don't want to be misunderstood, because everyone is aware that I publicly stated that I have signed the list of the soldiers of the 114 “Fehmi Ladrovci” and that's why I'm willing to answer at any time. But I am not being asked to take responsibility for this, but for participating in the Government Commission, whose meeting in my participation has not been made at all.

This response was made after I received <x0 settings” and “aktakusis”, am we getting our “justice”!

For the sake of right and full transparency and to understand every citizen's process at the Government Commission, this reaction is being forwarded to all processes from twenty-nine to nine) meetings held. Also, if necessary, I will also publish the transcripts of these meetings so that citizens can understand the truth correctly in the process of vetting and knowing those responsible for adding their numbers, which I guarantee I have no responsibility.

I'm completely innocent, which will be proven in court, but it's already done to me personal and family harm. This act has been raised without facts (with planted facts) and with bad intentions to harm me because of my firm stand, for which I have never compromised in my life.
