Ferturing vegetables is healthier than boiling and may even help prevent cancer, say University experts at Granada, in a study published in Food Chemistry Journal.
It says that French foods, respectively, can be healthier than boiled foods, but only if they are fried in olive oil.
Experts concluded that fried foods such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, pumpkins, are the best way to consume, Telegraphed.
The secrecy is that they must rub into olive oil, which contains strong antioxidants that reduce the risk of cancer and other diseases.
After experts have tested four boiling techniques, they have come to the conclusion that the fried vegetables have absorbed some of the antioxidants we face in olive oil.
