The European Union must be unique in terms of Western Balkan membership, and others will take it over to shape it a closer environment, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has said.
The Western Balkans should not be neglected, we should not neglect this region, as others will increase their influence, Juncker has declared in his address to the EU situation before the European Parliament.
“Once and for all, we must find unity when it comes to the Western Balkans” told the Eurodeputs, the president of the European Commission.
Juncker has stressed that the EU should not halt efforts to build a united Europe, emphasising the fact that Europe can bring stability as it has done so far with its enlargement process.
