Haradinaj: Kachanic Constitution Takes Meritary Place in State Memory

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has written about the Kacanik Constitution on the 27th anniversary of its adoption.

This bold act, which strongly contributed to internationalisation of our right, took merit in state memory, because it made the difference, the split of the” eras, wrote Haradinaj.

The Kacanik Constitution is marked as one of the most important events in Kosovo's modern history. This courageous act that strongly contributed to internationalisation of our right, rests in state memory, because it made the difference, the age break. Deep gratitude to the delegates on September 7th, which in times of difficulty, signs the will of our people and placed the cornerstone of independent Kosovo. They will always be remembered by generations for their efforts on the long road to freedom. RH
