Everything that has happened so far about Vuciki's visit to Banja

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has started the second day of his visit to the northern part of Kosovo, with a walk in the neighbourhood called “The Valley of the Sun”, including a government project of Serbia to build 300 homes for return and shelter of about 1,000 of the 500 Serb residents [...]
Meanwhile, one of the locations in the Vuciki agenda -- visiting Banja in the Skyeraj municipality -- will not be realised, as a group of Albanian citizens from this municipality have blocked the road.
Associations released by the former Kosovo Liberation Army structures from this municipality, supported by local politicians there, have invited citizens to take to the streets since morning to prevent Vuciqi from going to the village of Banja.
Given the situation created in this municipality, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has decided that, for security reasons, this part of Vuciki's agenda is cancelled.
Even Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli spoke of the ban to visit Drenica. He for the Coha.net portal that, together with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has made a decision this morning to withdraw the permit granted to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, for him to pass into the Drenica area.
Pacolli said that they are now in the field and are monitoring the situation and said it is under control. Asked if he expects a reaction from the Serbian side, he said there should be no need to be.
There shouldn't be any reaction, but I'm not trying to judge anything.
Today, Vuciq has warned that he will hold a rally with citizens in northern Mitrovica. He said he will come to Kosovo with concrete economic plans, but also to tell the truth to Kosovo Serbs.
On Sunday at 12 o'clock is the rally in Mitrovica, in which I invite all the people who want to hear even what they may not like at all, but will hear the truth”, Vuciq.
And on the first day of his visit to Kosovo, the Serbian president remained in Zvecan's Zubin Potic. There was a special stop at Lake Weiman (Gazioda).
From there, Vuciq called for a peaceful solution between Albanians and Serbs, but had also insisted that wealth and economic resources, such as Wyman (Gazioda) and Trepca, are, according to him, Serbia's wealth.
Vuciq said Weiman is a very important lake for both Serbs and Albanians. So, according to him, it is important to find mutually acceptable solutions.
I think that in Gazivoda (Wyman) the burden of the problem we face” is best seen, Vuciq said.
Aleksandar Vuciq has told Serb representatives of Kosovo's northern municipalities that it is not sure that agreement can be reached within the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, but that he has expressed readiness for talks and commitments for an acceptable solution to continue.
Meanwhile, during a conversation with Kosovo Serb political representatives held in Zvecan, he said that despite great efforts, it is almost impossible to reach an acceptable agreement between Pristina and Belgrade under the Brussels dialogue, which is being eased by the European Union.
Vucic said the Albanian-Serbian problem is very complex and cannot be solved overnight.
Vuciq said reaching the agreement between Pristina and Belgrade is difficult not only because of differences between the parties, but also because of a part of the international community.
“A will call for war, not that I will not make your families push to death”, the Serbian president said.
He said he has come to Kosovo with the idea of preserving peace, stability and continuing efforts to find a solution to centuries-old problems between Serbs and Albanians.
The northern part of Kosovo inhabited by the Serb majority, which is being visited by the Serbian president, continues to remain influenced by Belgrade, despite the Kosovo authorities' several-year efforts to integrate this part.
Also, this visit by the Serbian president is being realised at a time when ideas on changing borders have been launched from the negotiating table between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels.
