According to AVONET, the Ministry of Trade and Industry has made several important decisions during this period.
“One of these has been the decision to protect local products, take protective measures from importers, and consumer protection measures by activating consumer call centre 24 hours, (which so far was not), while conducting a quick review of citizens' complaints within 24 hours”, the report said.
This ministry's very important decision according to AV ONET is also in the case of children's toys where it was listed as very dangerous to the health of children, with what has been done to stop importing these toys.
“This minister has made empowering local products, creating favourable conditions, examining the remaining materials that were a large number of them, in MTI departments such as the one in accreditation, which businesses have faced with serious problems, and creating favourable policies for facilitating citizens' services and businesses”
AVONEs as the ministry of good performance has also listed health services, which, according to the report, was faced with a large number of problems and frustrations among citizens, such as lack of equipment, poor health services, not taking punitive measures against health staff, were among the problems in the ministry.
“In the Ministry of Health, several clinics have been equipped with new equipment such as that of gynecology, the Toracal Surgery Clinic, Vascular Surgery, as well as improved health services and increased discipline within the health staff”.
The Ministry of the Kosovo Security Force is one that is in the process of transforming it, which is committed to building capacities and achieving the criteria for transforming the KSF.
