Germans in “ok”, Afghan minor rapes classmates but escapes law

According to the German newspaper “Berliner Zeitung”, the event was recorded when a classroom from an elementary school in Berlin went on a trip to a fortress in Nordewermark, northeastern Germany.

The rapist, who is also said to have lived in Iran, will receive a “psychological assessment”.

A spokesperson for the Berlin School Administration confirmed that authorities “wanted to drain all legal opportunities so that he would not attend regular school, but special schooling”.

Police said the three authors will be acquitted of legal punishment because in Germany no person can be tried for a criminal offence committed under the age of 14.

The victim's origin is not detailed; it is also unclear whether the rapist was a refugee or was from a refugee family.
