After the launch of disciplinary investigations against prosecutors and the transfer of three of them from chief prosecutor Arta Mark because of his refusal to work with the “file Shullaise”, they've physically crashed with their superior Donika Prela.
A few hours after being familiar with the disciplinary investigation launched against them, the 10 prosecutors have gone Thursday afternoon around 600 and are forced into the Tirana Prosecutor's Office Donika Prela to ask for explanations of why they have been penalised and transferred to office.
Prela has not received her colleagues and has asked them to come out, and she has even sought the help of heavy forces.
Sources make it known to “Vision Plus” that there have been high tones, insults between prosecutors to degeneration of the situation in the use of fists and slaps between Tirana prosecutor Donika Prela and a prosecutor whose name has not been disclosed.
Initially to calm the blood flow, state police arrived at the scene and then its leader Ardi Veliu.
The prosecution has not yet provided an official version of the event.
