According to him, the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo is not “q” and that professors are not waitresses.
These today's health leaders are thinking that the University Clinical Center is KAFIQ, professor and specialists are waitresses. They get fired like waiters because they say we find a lot more for their coffees.
