Daciq: Pacolli raises his voice where I am not

Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Daciqi says that no one in the dictatorship he leads has been dealt with with by Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Begjet Pacolli's visit to Banjaluka. “This issue concerns meeting organiser”, he has said, referring to the absence of Kosovo's diplomacy chief at the meeting [...]
This issue belongs to the organiser of the meeting”, he has said, referring to the absence of the chief of Kosovo diplomacy at the informal meeting of the foreign ministers of member states of the process for co-operation in Southeast Europe.
The question of where that meeting will be held and how it will be organised is a matter that we have not talked about or even been involved. But despite this, Pacolli uses every case to appear somewhere and tells him some of his confessions, as he did in Dubrovnik long ago when he spoke of Serbia's genocide in Kosovo. That's what he's talking about mainly when I'm not there”, B92 quoted Daciq as saying.
He has added that Pacolli always complains in Bosnia and Herzegovina that he does not give him a visa, because Republika Srpska does not recognise Kosovo.
