Serbia's Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, said Wednesday that dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is in an important phase and that all options offered should be seriously considered.
Dacic, at an informal meeting in Banja Luka of the foreign ministers of the Southeast European Co-operation Process, said Serbia has shown readiness for compromise and constructive proposals in order to reach an acceptable solution on both sides, stable and long-term.
I consider that it is necessary to speak openly and to seriously consider any option offered, where, of course, the best option is what both sides agree to in dialogue. The understanding and support of our partners on this challenging road remains very important”, Dacic said, Radio Free Europe's Balkan Service broadcasts.
Daciq also stressed that Serbia's <x0ndre of membership in the European Union, largely, depends also on Belgrade's dialogue with Pristina”.
On Friday in Brussels, the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia, Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vuciq, meet for a new round of talks on normalising relations.
In time, they have also unveiled the idea of changing borders as an opportunity to solve problems.
