Cedomir Jovanovic: Correcting the borders is a bad idea, but Kosovo is special

Liberal Democratic Party (Liberalna Democraticska LDP) Chairman Cedomir Jovanovic has estimated that the idea of changing borders in the Balkans is generally not good, but Kosovo is a special case and that it should be allowed to submit proposals that are rationally discussed, Coha.net broadcasts.
