Buya warns prosecution indictment of veterans' lists

Shukri Buja, a member of the Commission for Vetran Verification, who is being accused by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor for the case of inflated veterans' lists, has said he will file charges against the Prosecution, as he has reportedly been violated by law and human rights. In an interview [...]
In an interview with Frontal in T7, Boya has said that all of those soldiers who have been published names on those lists have the right to ask for compensation from the state.
Any soldiers on that list have been violated even the rights. Soldiers should seek to compensate, with 100 thousand euros”, Buja said.
According to him, publishing lists is a serious violation.
I will not enter whose interest it is. The publication of the names has done more damage than the bottom-up” list, it indicated.
Boya has said he had refused to speak when he was interviewed by former prosecutor Elez Blakaj, as according to Boja he was not a professional prosecutor
I warned Elez Blake when he questioned me. I refused to talk to him. I haven't responded to a non-professor, because he doesn't even know how the army was formed”, Buja added.
He says responsibility for the issue of the swollen lists should also be sought at Hashim Thaci, Isa Mustafa and Kadri Wessel.
Must have Thaci declared whether there is a political agreement or not. Thaci has appointed me as a member of the commission for the Nerodime area. I also need to speak to Kadri Veselin of Isa Mustafa”, he added further.
Buya has said she will file charges against the prosecution, as according to him publishing names from the prosecution's indictment constitutes violations.
The procedure in the case of publishing these names of the indictment has violated the law. That's why he will be indicted by me personally for violating the State Prosecutor's Law. For violating my rights, because the prosecution has no right to issue the names”, Buja said.
