Bushtai made these comments after meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli. He reiterated that on November 5th it will be the gathering of two governments in Pec, where there will be good news.
According to him, Albania is always in favour of Kosovo, both on the regional and international plains. He said that today they have discussed relations between the two states and the obstacles faced and actions that will be taken in excess.
Pacolli said he has informed his counterpart of dialogue with Serbia as well.
Although extremely difficult, it has to continue, it's limited over time, it won't last tens of years, but it must draw its conclusions very quickly. This needs Serbia for its integrations, but Kosovo too. I mentioned that everything is open to discussions with Serbia, taking into account the fact that Kosovo is an independent state in its territory... I've asked the Albanian side not to sit back and see what's going on here, but the Albanian side should be an integral part of our goal that we have dialogue with Serbia and there either in public or after the policies are there. If the European Union can be present and the United States of America, why not Albania, which can make a huge contribution to“, Pacolli has said.
Pacolli added that Kosovo's constitutionality and integrity should be protected in the dialogue with Serbia. According to Pacolli, they have agreed to continue representing the two countries in joint objects in different countries around the world.
Albania's Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati, spoke of Kosovo visa liberalisation process
The commission's decision on the issue of justice of the European Parliament, seen as the European Parliament, paves the way for the decision of the interior ministers of the European Union, which because of the nature of the job, are a little harder than we foreign ministers, but I am sure that with the commitment of the entire political factor here and with the friends that Kosovo has within the European Union, even this challenge will be passed on to include Kosovo and its citizens on the Schengen area's white list, what will end an isolation because there is no longer any excuse for carrying out this <1>, he has said.
He assured that Albania's support will continue for some important processes that Kosovo is involved, both for advanced in Francophony, membership in INTERPOL, but also with the chairmanship of the southeast organisation next year.
Bushat also spoke of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
“Albania has consistently supported this process, regardless of who it was and who is at the top of the country in Albania or Kosovo, in terms of this issue of our devision in Albania is that Kosovo is always first, and I believe that we loyally adhered to it despite the different political positions that different actors in Albania can have on issues of local character, when it comes to this issue we have demonstrated a unity and solidarity<1>, he has said.
Bushat today has also met with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, as well as Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel.
