Right voting side 1,806,336 voters registered in the Electoral List. The State Election Commission has accredited 11,907 local observers, 493 observers and 194 foreign translators. In addition to local observers and journalists, the KSHZ reportedly has accredited 83 journalists from 32 international media, while many others have been rejected after applying beyond the legal deadline.
From local organisations, the referendum will be monitored by the Association for Civil Initiatives and Policy, the League of Citizens' Associations “Macedonian Anti-Platform Anti-Patatia”, NGO MOST, CIVIL Freedom Centre, Lenka, Association for Prognition of Human Values and the Integration of Youth Mak Sonce, National Roma Centre, European Movement for the City of Skopje, the Inculative Association and the Institute for Economic Strategy and International Relations Ohrid.
