The former prime minister has indicated that the border correction project between Kosovo and Serbia is not an American project, adding that the Senate's envoy clearly said Russia requires the agreement.
“Absolutely not. The envoys to Kosovo, they said we would see what they said. But the Senate envoy, he clearly said Russia is seeking the agreement. Why not look for Ulcinj, Tuzin, Tetovo. But we can't do it”
Former Prime Minister Berisha also stated that the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is a Serbian project and not as it has been communicated in the media.
Berisha said two or three Belgrade aides have taken the flag and sold it to Albanians as their project, as if Albanians are people without historical memory.
