He was a man of extraordinary courage. He was a man of extraordinary vision. Often, someone said it here, read and hear estimates not so much, but let it be clear that it was the most peaceful and important democratic revolution in Albanian history with a motto: freedom, democracy, Europe. Genius! There was nothing more motivating than a motor.
A man of extraordinary political instincts.
We have to have a point. Their revolution was of sons against fathers! That's the truth. Things have to be said. It was not the revolution of the printed classes, but it was the revolution of the students and those who joined it. In this context, the demands proclaimed on the 10th, 9 o'clock in the city of Student was the child's promotion against fathers to overthrow the Communist system. It's just in advance, because here's their genius and vision.
After they had declared the petitions, their fathers came to them. And they became coats of mail in their defence, that they should not suffer strength. They changed the ages and Mr. Meta highlighted it several times: he was an ageical leader, as ordinary as he was, so extraordinary. As loud as he was, he listened to and accepted counsel.
He was killed, executed, the state in uniform. And of course, it's unrealistic to think that he had no enemies but to think that if there's a man who keeps his communication with others, no one more than him. I'll tell you why! Before all that he had respect for the other man! That's the reason. He was always ready, open to discuss, to talk.
A tripon on the national issue.
At my first meeting with Besnik Mustaf I tell him that “we're Kosovar”, that we are: The troika is the Gjave Mountain and without Albania free, there is no free Kosovo! It was the problem with pluralism. I do not believe in this rich man, who suffered more than he could possibly have suffered as a mere warrior in Kosovo! A request he would place on me every two days: My place is just there.
I won't last any longer, but I'm going to conclude with what we all agree on: Amma, you're alive!
