Vuciqi had addressed the Serbian people, but a year later the positive response was received by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
During the summer it has been given a start to the closing phase of dialogue with Serbia. Without being mandated by the Parliament and contrary to calls from the opposition and part of civil society, Thaci has represented the country in the process.
And, after having held two rounds of talks with his Serbian counterpart, he has warned that the agreement will be painful “ ” and has launched the idea for “correction” borders with Serbia. This is seen as euphemism for exchange of territories. In its public version, “correction” implies the inclusion of the Presevo Valley within Kosovo's territory.
