This policy, which has been dealing with for more than two years, has been finalised in the draft draft of the Bill for Protection of Classified Information, which the Government has prepared and aims to proceed within the year for approval in the Assembly.
The purpose of this law is to establish a unique system for the protection of classified information related to the security interests of the Republic of Kosovo”, the draft law's first article says.
This law establishes the Agency for Classified Information Protection (AMIK), which determines its mission, organisation, operation, tasks and responsibilities”.
