Fund officials have not commented whether this institution's commitments and the number of staff reason on the level of rent. They said they're trying to find a location for building their facility, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Public Administration Minister has been declared that we are currently unable to accommodate them somewhere in state government objects. We've taken steps to find a suitable location for the” fund, the Health Insurance Fund's response says.
The area of the facility where the Fund is accommodated is about 1,300 square metres.
Market prices in Pristina, in elite areas, are apparently lower than the value contracted by the FSSH. The owner of a five-story house, ready for services similar to the Fund, has published the internet lease, with an offer of 4 300 euros a month, or 10,000 euros cheaper. The area of this object, located in the sector “Arberia”, near most foreign embassies in Pristina, is 1 200 square metres, without including the yard and parking lot. In some areas of the city, rent is even lower.
