Thaciqi and Thaci are talking about Kosovo, not the solution

Centre for Southeast Studies at the University of Graz Professor Florian Bieber has told N1 that he thinks neither Aleksandar Vuciqi nor Hashim Thaci want quick solutions to the Kosovo problem.

They want to talk about it, but the question is whether they both want to find a solution quickly, Bieber says.

I asked if the two presidents want any quick solution, they want to talk about it... from the EU then they'll look for other things rule of law, corruption, so I think signing some legally binding agreement will hardly take place until spring”, he said.
