Only as a sovereign and independent state can enter talks with other states for territory change, Tahiri has said.
He also said there is no agenda for political talks yet, and that there are no criteria nor platforms for it.
The entire procedure is not only political, but also legal, to have a referendum and to ask local residents. Ethnic boundaries were created, and it is not that all desires were met and all states were created with national or ethnic borders, some lost and some won”.
